Duties and Responsibilities
Stock Control & Ordering
- Control and manage Clover stock in-store and in backup areas
- Apply correct stock control measures at all times
- Minimise, record, and manage returns according to store plans
- Prevent out-of-stock situations and report issues to the Area Manager
- Place accurate and timely orders in line with ordering schedules
Shelf & Product Management
- Ensure shelves are packed according to Store Flow and merchandising rules
- Maintain clean, neat, and well-presented products at all times
- Apply correct shelf layouts based on provided planograms
- Ensure price and product identification labels are always visible
- Maintain fridges, crates, and equipment according to company policy
- Display and maintain point-of-sale materials in allocated areas
Administration & Store Relationships
- Complete relevant merchandising administration accurately
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility in store
- Build and maintain professional relationships with:
- Store management
- Area Managers (AM)
- Head Office teams
- Customers and fellow merchandisers
