Work Schedule
The learnership follows a structured shift system:

- Training Day: One weekday dedicated to full-day qualification training
- Public Holidays: Worked if they fall on scheduled workdays
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the OUTsurance OSS Hastings Learnership 2026, applicants must:
- Have completed Grade 12 / Matric
- Be 18–35 years old
- Be a South African citizen
- Be unemployed for the past 6 months
- Have basic computer skills and MS Office knowledge
- Have no previous work experience required
- Not have participated in an INSETA learnership before
