Looking to gain real work experience, earn a stipend, and build a future with a global brand? Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is opening its 2026 Food & Beverage Learnerships, Internships and In-Service Traineeships for unemployed South African youth aged 18–35.

These 12-month, FoodBev SETA-registered programmes are designed to help young people move from school or college into the workplace — while getting paid and learning in a real production environment.

All 2026 programmes are FoodBev SETA-accredited, meaning the training meets national skills standards and improves your chances of future employment.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify, you must:

  • Be a South African citizen
  • Be 18–35 years old
  • Be currently unemployed
  • Have Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Have Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy (40%+)
  • Have English and one other SA language (40%+)
  • Not have completed the same programme elsewhere
  • Meet Employment Equity considerations where applicable

Candidates studying or qualified in the following fields may be prioritised:

The HR Admin Learner position is strictly for persons living with a disability.
