Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet ALL of the following criteria:

Educational Requirements:

  • Completed Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Mathematics: Minimum 40%, OR
  • Mathematical Literacy: Minimum 60%
  • English and one other South African language: Minimum 50%

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Aged 18–30 years
  • Unemployed
  • Resident of Gauteng Province
  • Available from 01 February 2026 to 31 January 2027
  • Able to commute to the workplace independently

  • Be studying (full-time or part-time) during the learnership
  • Have completed the same learnership previously

Duties & Responsibilities

As a Contact Centre Learner, you will engage in a rigorous development programme:

  • Participate in daily operational activities
  • Compile a Portfolio of Evidence for SETA submission
  • Complete logbooks and workplace assessments
  • Complete formative and summative assessments
  • Demonstrate proficiency in company systems and processes
  • Conduct yourself in line with Momentum Group values
  • Prepare for and pass the EISA examination (a key industry regulatory exam)
