Marula Platinum Mine Bursaries 2026 – Mining Careers and Guaranteed Industry Exposure

Marula Platinum Mine has opened its bursary programme for the 2026 academic year, offering South African students a fully funded opportunity to study mining-related and technical qualifications. This bursary is designed to support talented students while preparing them for long-term careers within the mining industry.

Unlike many bursaries, the Marula Platinum Mine Bursary does more than cover tuition. It provides living support, mentorship, academic assistance, and a direct pathway into employment after graduation.

Who Can Apply

  • Matric with a University Exemption Pass
  • Minimum C symbol in Mathematics, Physical Science, and English

University Students

  • Overall academic average of 60% or higher

  • University of Johannesburg (UJ)
