This is not basic call-centre training.
The programme includes AI-enabled tools, digital communication skills, and work placement, preparing you for modern BPO careers.

- Qualification: NQF Level 3 – Contact Centre Operations (40 Credits)
- Stipend: Standard BPO training allowance applies

- Age: 18 – 35 years
- Employment Status: Unemployed (Not in Education, Employment, or Training)
- Education: Matric Certificate
- English required
- Mathematics or Maths Literacy accepted
- Citizenship: South African citizen
- Equity: Females and persons living with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply
