About the Learner Hospitality Programme
The Learner Hospitality X10 Programme is a fixed-term, 24-month learnership designed for individuals who have studied hospitality but have not yet worked in the industry.
You’ll work under the guidance of an Executive Chef, gaining experience in kitchen operations, food preparation, customer service, and basic management skills.
What You’ll Learn & Do
During the programme, you will:
- Prepare and present food professionally
- Assist with stock control and food cost management
- Keep kitchen records and complete basic admin
- Follow hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards
- Support customer service and meal service operations
- Learn leadership skills such as planning, organising and time management
- Help train and guide new staff members
This is a hands-on kitchen role, not classroom-only learning.
