The Gauteng Department of Economic Development, in partnership with the BPO Skills Academy, has opened applications for a high-impact Contact Centre Agents Training Programme aimed at unemployed youth.

This is not basic call-centre training.
The programme includes AI-enabled tools, digital communication skills, and work placement, preparing you for modern BPO careers.

  • Qualification: NQF Level 3 – Contact Centre Operations (40 Credits)
  • Stipend: Standard BPO training allowance applies

  • Employment Status: Unemployed (Not in Education, Employment, or Training)
  • Education: Matric Certificate
    • English required
    • Mathematics or Maths Literacy accepted
  • Citizenship: South African citizen
  • Equity: Females and persons living with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply
