Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Criteria)
External Applicants
You must:
- Be a South African citizen
- Reside in the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality (Gauteng)
- Be from a mine-hosting community or nearby township

- Be registered or accepted at a recognised South African university
