About the Cleaning Operations Graduate Programme
This 12-month graduate internship is designed to develop future leaders in cleaning operations and facilities services. The programme is structured into three learning phases:
1. Learn
- Shadow experienced supervisors
- Understand cleaning operations and service standards
- Learn scheduling, reporting systems, and contract management
2. Do
- Support daily site operations
- Assist with audits and inspections
- Learn basic budgeting and cost control
3. Lead
- Take on small supervisory responsibilities
- Support junior staff and site teams
- Be considered for permanent roles based on performance

You will be placed in one of the following cities:
- Johannesburg (Midrand)
- Durban
- Cape Town
What You’ll Be Doing
During the programme, you will:
- Work with cleaning teams across multiple client sites
- Assist with staff scheduling and service planning
- Support health, safety, and hygiene compliance
- Use computer systems for reporting and monitoring contracts
- Assist with budgeting and performance reports
- Attend client meetings and support service delivery
- Take part in special projects, including new site openings and sustainability initiatives
